Sign-ups Being Taken Now! June 1-2-3 , 2007 Hog, Varmint, and Fishin' Fun Weekend
Come join us for one of these fun and exciting weekends! These weekend outings are a hoot!They have a tendency to fill up fast, so let us know soon if you're interested in coming out. I bet you'll enjoy! Our February and March hunts have been conducted and our April and May hunts are already fullup; but there's still spots available for our June hunt. The weekend dates in June to sign up are: June 1-2-3 , 2007 The rates are $200 for two full evening/night hunts and a weekend of outdoors fun! There are no trophy fees or maximums. Check our rates for special family considerations. Rustic overnight facilities are available at no additional charge. March recorded a big total of 11.9 of rainfall which is a whopping 6.3 over the monthly average for a February at the ranch. This gives us 20.1 for the year so far which puts us 11.2 ahead of the game for the year (as of the end of March '07). Mar'07

Reed Ranch Hunting Club Meeting Another meeting of the Reed Ranch hunting club members was conducted on Saturday April 14 th with lots of good food and family fun! Thanks to everybody for coming out!. After a great meal and catching up on things, the below subjects were presented and talked about. congrats to the club members for their involvement in producing more healthy deer habitat and also - for having a great 2006-07 deer season! Oljim captured a first place win in his age group at the Tyler Azalea run on March 24th! Check out the pics! His next scheduled run is in the 5K at the regional Texas Senior Games in Kerrville on Friday, April 27 th . Wish him luck! We'll have a report and pics in the next ranch newsletter! |
Spotlight on Traci Keele Traci is employed by the Kerens Independent School District and has made kids and education her chosen profession for over 15 years! Traci helps with the ranch bill paying and hospitality and often serves as the ranch note-taking secretary. While Traci is not teaching or supervising youngsters, she can be found at most all the softball, basketball, baseball, and other activities of her children Hagen and Anna. Along with her husband JimmyK, she also owns and operates the Kerens Auto Spa, the best car wash facility in Kerens , Texas ! Traci enjoys hanging out with the family and will soon become a land owner herself! We know that she and her husband will do a great job at this!
