The 900 ac bottomland wetlands with its two 23 ac lakes, and the 10 acre lake on the hill offers an abundance of migratory bird and waterfowl habitat. Club membership for season duck hunting access is $700 and can be combined with deer hunting and year round access for other hunting opportunities.

In addition to club membership, the Reed Ranch offers group and parent/youth morning hunts for $150 during the month of January. A morning hunt the following day can be added for an add'l $50.
