I hereby acknowledge that I have knowingly and willingly entered into a hunting agreement and are bound by these terms and conditions. The parties to this agreement are;
(X)_____________________________ and the Reed Wildlife Ranch (hereafter the Ranch), Jim
Reed, Owner.
I understand the terms, provisions, and conditions of this agreement and will abide by its terms, provisions, and conditions.
I understand that this agreement allows me hunting access to hunt the following animals while hunting on the ranch during the below times.

In the event that I or any YOUTH HUNTER under my care take a BUTTON BUCK, I hereby agree to remit a payment of $80 to the Ranch for each button buck taken to compensate the Ranch for damages to its deer management program.
In the event that I or any YOUTH HUNTER under my care take a NON-CULL BUCK deer, I hereby agree to remit a payment of $1800 to the Ranch for each NON-CULL BUCK taken to compensate the Ranch for damages to its deer management program.
It is understood that, for the purposes of this hunting access agreement, that the below definitions apply:
A BUTTON BUCK is classified and defined as a male deer born the previous year, and is under the age of 7 months with antler protrusions of less than one inch.
A CULL BUCK is classified and defined as a male deer with at least a spike antler on one side and is not defined as a BUTTON BUCK.
A NON-CULL BUCK is classified and defined as a male deer not defined as either a BUTTON BUCK or a CULL BUCK.
I agree to abide by this agreement and all the rules and regulations of the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department.
