A year-round access membership at the Reed Family Ranch is $1792. Payments can be made annually (with a 2% discount) or in 8 monthly payments prior to the beginning of deer season.

The 1700 acre Reed Family Ranch is located in north central Texas, in the county of Navarro (about 1 1/2 hrs drive south of Dallas). The Reed Ranch is a MLP (Managed Land Permit) ranch. Level III Texas MLP ranches have a 4 month deer season (gun) that normally last from the last weekend in September until the end of January.

Both family member guests and other guests are allowed access under the ranch's guest policy for club membership and hog and varmint hunting. The ranch does not allow the consumption of alcohol, beer, or drugs
. A campsite is available with water, electricity, and restroom facilities - along with a covered fire-pit and family style cooking areas.
